How to lock only a few cells on a worksheet?

Sometime you want to lock a few cell on your workbook for protect your data. So please follow me

1.Select cell so you don't want to lock
2.Click rigth on mouse
3.Select format cell
4.Select tab "Protection"
5.Uncheck on Locked check box
6.Click buttom OK
7.Select Tools on Manu bar
8.Select Protection
9.Select Protection sheet
10.Set password.

How to select data from all same data?

You have database all many same data, but you want to select one data from all same data. You should do as below

1.Type fomular => if(B4=B3,1,"") on cel A3

2.Copy formular to A4:A17

3.You will see digit "1" or " "

4.Copy A2:A17 and Phase value to A2:A17

5.Sort data

6.Data will display group "1" and " "

7.Delete data so you don't want out from sheet.

How to type date for today(d/m/y) by quickly?

Sometime you want to type date/month/year for today by quickly so it's help you save time for type it that you can use short cut as below

1). Push bottom Ctrl+; on cell A1
2). Cell will display date value today ( date/month/year)
